Weekend update!

• four new levels, up to ten in total now.
• session high score tracking returned to main menu
• point/speed/growth multipliers added for close flybys

Scores now can go pretty crazy if you use the multipliers. Each close pass adds a speed boost, a multiplier for growth rate, and a point multiplier.
